Alicia has been serving the community for the past 15 years including care management assisting low-income community members with healthcare issues and connecting them to community resources. Alicia has a strong foundation in using motivational interviewing techniques to figure out an individual's goals and how to assist them in achieving these goals. Alicia has experience in helping children and teens process grief, anger, and trauma by including their families in their treatment. Alicia also has experience in helping individuals navigate relationships, self-esteem, and anxiety. Alicia is certified in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and focuses on providing psychoeducation, mindfulness, and solution-oriented approaches.
