Personal statement:

Throughout the course of my lifetime, I have encountered people from every walk of life who are or have experienced psychological and/or emotional distress. Very often when we experience such woundedness we feel that there is no help for us or that no one else could possibly understand what we’re going through. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can confidentially share whatever we’re going through and find a healthy, positive direction toward personal growth and change.

“Take all the time you need to heal emotionally. Heal at your own pace. Step by step. Day by day”.
