It is a privilege to be a mental health provider because we get to learn about people’s stories and see the vulnerable side of them. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals, couples and families to overcome their struggles and grow into the better version of themselves. I value the collaborative approach as I work with my clients to achieve what is important to them. I also incorporate humor in my sessions when it is appropriate as I believe a good laughter is key to lessen the burden of our daily life.
