Experience

Margie is a licensed professional counselor who works with Hope Behavioral in the Minerva school district and the North Canton Office. Her background is with non-profit agencies and higher education as an assistant professor before entering into the counseling profession. Margie and her family are licensed foster parents and have a heart for the hurting. She has worked with at-risk youth, college students and those affected with or by sexual addiction. She is passionate about marriages, communication and seeing others reach their full potential(especially youth and college students). She has training in trust based relational interventions, motivational interviewing, PREPARE/ENRICH, and various marriage and family therapy modalities.
