Areas of competence include but are not limited to: Working with adults, adolescents, children and families. Provision of behavioral and mental health and AOD services such as: individual, family and group psychotherapy; diagnostic mental health assessments; individualized service plans and individualized treatment plans; risk assessment; crisis planning and intervention; psychoeducation; coordination of care and services with other health professionals, schools, community agencies and resource sources. Education and coordination of service needs with other pertinent personnel.

Personal statement:

I’m committed to helping others recognize their patterns and the connections in their experiences that are contributing to the difficulties they are enduring; in hopes of making positive changes in their lives. I am particularly passionate about helping those with minority identities navigate cultural and structural forces and barriers that are also impacting their lives.
