I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship between counselor and client. Together, we identify goals and develop a plan to help you address challenges and improve your overall wellbeing. I believe that healing is possible when we allow ourselves to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, Romans 12:2. My mission is to provide a safe environment to help clients achieve the highest level of mental, emotional, and spiritual health possible.
