Building Us: A Couple’s Journey — Understand, Connect, Grow Together. What if understanding each other could change the way you love? Two people. Two perspectives. One relationship.
The flyer highlights what participants gained:
- Learn from other couples: gain new perspectives.
- Better communication: disagree without disconnecting.
- Increased self-awareness: understand patterns and triggers.
- Practical skills: tools for conflict resolution and connection.
- Increased hope and connection: feel more like a team.
Facilitated by Bryan Luton, LSW, LICDC, and Aaeshah N. Luton, LISW.
Participant reflections: “Helping how other couples struggle—we aren’t the only ones.” “This was a positive experience for me. I still use the grounding tools.”
