Alyssa has been practicing for over 10 years in the field of social work mainly within school systems. Her experience includes working with children, teens, young adults, and families from various diverse backgrounds. Areas of focus and expertise include at-risk youth, depression, trauma, anxiety/stress management, grief/loss, self-esteem, healthy relationships, mood disorders, healthy life transitions, ODD and ADHD. Alyssa utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other treatment modalities to assist clients with achieving their goals.
