"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do." I am a firm believer in these words by Brené Brown and want to serve as a safe witness and fellow traveler in the stories of my clients. Sometimes we simply need space to articulate our story. Sometimes we need a neutral party to capture and understand life through our eyes. And sometimes, the threads of our past and present can get knotted up a bit, and we need help untangling them without judgment. It is an honor to be with and empower clients as they commit to this brave work!
