Opening up takes courage and vulnerability. I strive to create a safe space; my purpose is to be a support to clients with an empathetic approach and positive regard. With a collaborative approach, together we can process events, emotions, and identify any underlying issues, patterns, or behaviors that may be inhibiting an individual from feeling their most authentic self.
