I believe that the promise of hope rests in Jesus Christ. My approach to therapy stems from the use of counseling theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as they adhere to the foundational truths of scripture. I believe that empathy is essential to building the therapeutic relationship. My heart’s desire as a mental health therapist is to provide tools that help promote a life of freedom. I am humbled and honored to come alongside others as they allow me to journey with them through both the highs and lows of life.
