My specialty areas include complex trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, life transitions, including divorce, career changes, retirement, and parenting. My continual interest in knowledge and seeking answers most shapes my approach to therapy. No two clients are the same, and no single approach to treatment will work for every person who comes to see me.

I would say, "You are deserving of all the promises of the Lord." I would explain that they are not alone in what they are feeling/experiencing. There is no "one size" answer to this journey called life. Taking the step in therapy is an opportunity to explore options and begin their individualized healing process.
