I am a client-centered counselor dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals and families can explore challenges, discover strengths, and work toward growth. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and a belief in each person’s inherent resilience and capacity for change. I integrate evidence-based practices—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and strength-based interventions—with a holistic understanding of factors that shape each client’s experience. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families navigating differences, trauma, and adjustment issues. I strive to walk with clients in setting realistic goals that promote emotional regulation, self

— awareness, healthier relationships, and wellness.
