I love providing a safe, non-judgmental space for people to process and work towards greater wholeness in their lives. I gently challenge beliefs/thoughts that are contrary to optimal functioning. I intertwine spirituality with therapeutic skills to motivate and inspire others to thrive instead of just survive. I believe everyone has God-given value and I work to help others recognize who they are and who they can be.
