Krista utilizes holistic therapeutic approaches and trauma-focused therapy modalities to provide education about the impact of trauma on the body and to facilitate mind and body healing from exposure to trauma. "Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway." -John Wayne. I know that seeking out mental health treatment can feel daunting, but I have witnessed many brave men and women achieve powerful emotional healing by mustering up the courage to try. I strive to come alongside my clients and create a non-judgmental, safe space that fosters healing and growth. It is an honor and a privilege to learn people’s stories as a counselor, and I strive to build healthy connections that promote emotional healing with every individual that I work with.
