About Me

RaShonda Lee

LSW

I have over 15 years of experience working with families, adolescents, and adults dealing with mental health concerns, crisis intervention, trauma-based treatment, and coordinating care. I have worked in government, hospitals, and in a nonprofit, where the bulk of my experience comes from. In those areas, I have served in leadership and on the frontlines, providing case management, therapy, and bringing awareness to policy changes.

Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know" - Pema Chodron I desire to assist individuals on their journeys to feel better. Providing a space that is shared, safe, and non-judgmental. Counseling should be a place to learn new ways to manage the moments that may impact your life and ability to fully enjoy your life. I want to inspire and motivate people to change, providing them with the tools to embrace those changes. I believe that everyone is worthy. Keep in mind that therapy is a process by which openness and readiness are essential. Take the opportunity to find healing and awareness on your journey to change.
