Experience:

Shalesha has several years of experience working in social service assisting individuals that were previously homeless that have mental illnesses and physical disabilities maintain housing. She also volunteers as a mentor in the College Now Program, guiding college students along their journey through their academic career. Shalesha has a passion for incorporating spirituality, along with counseling techniques such as person centered therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy counseling to assist individuals through challenging periods in their lives from transitioning through college to coping with symptoms of anxiety.

I incorporate my humor, spirituality, and warm personality to ensure that individuals feel comfortable and safe to create a therapeutic atmosphere.
