My specialty areas include complex trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, life transitions, including divorce, career changes, retirement , and parenting. My continual interest in knowledge and seeking answers most shapes my approach to therapy. No one client is the same and no one approach to treatment will work on every person that comes to see me.
Personal statement:
I would say "You are deserving of all the promises of the Lord" I would explain that they are not alone in what they are feeling/experiencing. There is no "one size" fits all answer to this journey called life taking the step in therapy is an opportunity to explore options and begin there individualized healing process.
