Personal statement:

Parenting can be challenging. Are you dealing with defiance, whining, lying, boundaries, shyness, frustration, perfectionism, separation anxiety, bedtime struggles, confidence-building, or navigating sibling rivalry? The list seems endless, doesn't it. I focus on making changes in your child's behavior while building a positive relationship with them. I teach parenting skills of validation, connection and playfulness. I provide a safe, supportive and accepting environment for your child to build the skills they need to navigate through their life.
