This therapist is supervised by Rhonda Johnston, LPCC-S.
Licensed Social Worker
I have over 15 years experience working with families, adolescence and adults dealing with mental health concerns, crisis intervention, trauma based treatment and coordinating care. I have worked in government, hospitals and in nonprofit, that which the bulk of my experience comes from. In those areas, I have served in leadership and on the frontlines, providing case management, therapy and bringing awareness to policy changes.
"Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know" - Pema Chodron I desire to assist individuals on their journeys to feel better. Providing a space that is shared, safe and non judgemental. Counseling should be a place to learn new ways to manage those moments that may impact your life and ability to enjoy your life fully. I want to inspire and motivate people to change; providing them with the tools to embrace those changes. It is my belief that everyone is worthy. Keep in mind that therapy is a process by which openess and readiness is essential. Take the opportunity to find healing and awareness on your journey to change. "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens" Ecclesiastes 3:1
